Rip off app

This app somehow got a hold of my credit card and has continually charged it weekly for months. Three times Apple said they took care of it but I continued to get charged. Apple said there is nothing they can do so this app continued to rip me off. Every week. My only option is to not be able to purchase anything in my apple devices by removing my credit card which is what I will do. Rip off app!
