Subscription? No thanks.
The piano function on this app works great. My son loves it and has a lot of fun plunking down on the keys trying to play the free songs. Occasionally, however , he wants to play a song that is not on the free list. The only way for that to happen is with an $8 subscription. Mind you, we arent learning the piano on this app. You cant effectively learn how to play a 5 foot piano keyboard on a 9.7 inch screen. So this app is just a fun distraction, and dedicating $96 a year isnt worth it.
If I could buy these songs individually, maybe shell out 99¢ for a copy of "Old MacDonald" or something, then Id do it. Id do it in a heartbeat, but the subscription doesnt make sense.
